The patented Mister Mist'r Injection Check Valve from Agri-Inject is
recognized as the most advanced available... and it's standard equipment
on every Agri-Inject system. Innovative design and years of
refinement have made the Mister Mist'r the most efficient and effective
injection check valve on the market. The Mister Mist'r is
available in corrosion resistant stainless steel. The Mister
Mist'r meets or exceeds state and federal regulations for injection
check valves.
The key to effective chemigation is complete mixing of the product being injected with the water flowing through the irrigation system. The Mister Mist'r uses a four-way spray that instantly atomizes the chemical being injected into the irrigation stream. The result is complete suspension through your entire irrigation system. You get efficient, uniform distribution of product... improving the effectiveness and profitability of your chemigation application.
The Mister Mist'r also functions as a positive, mechanical
spring-loaded two-way check valve to prevent backflow of water into the
chemical supply tank. It also prevents the accidental leakage of
chemical into the main line water stream during system shutdown.
Our plastic model is suitable for use in 6" to 12" diameter pipe and
can handle volumes of up to 110 gallons per hour. The stainless
steel model is designed for high-volume applications of up to 300
gallons per hour... and is also available for use in a wide range of
pipe diameters. Both the plastic and stainless steel versions are
equipped with 3/4" MNPT for inserting into the main line. The
plastic version has 1/4" FNPT inlet threads and the stainless steel
model has 1/2" inlet threads.
The bleeder valve from Agri-Inject is versatile and simple... and is
the perfect compliment to the Mister Mist'r injection check valve.
Put the two together to create an unbeatable assembly for controlling
and adjusting your chemigation system... or use the bleeder valve alone
for small-scale irrigation in nurseries or greenhouses.
The bleeder valve provides for easy operation to release air or fine amounts of liquid through the port. The valve can also be used to bleed air from flow lines and to aid in priming pumps.
The bleeder valve also performs as a needle valve, allowing a very fine adjustment of flow. Attaching the tube provided to the port allows you to direct product away from you and into a container. Constructed of chemically resistant plastic, the valve is equipped with 1/4" FNPT inlet threads and 1/4" MNPT outlet threads. Contact us for more information about these two products.
