At the heart of every Agri-Inject chemigation system is a diaphragm metering pump. We made the decision to utilize only diaphragm pumps rather than piston type pumps many years ago. And the reasons remain as valid today as they were then. They include accuracy, reliability, ease of operation, and safety. The primary difference between the diaphragm pump and the piston pump is simple. In the diaphragm pump, there are very few moving parts and only a limited portion of the internal area is exposed to the chemical being injected.
A Teflon diaphragm acts as a barrier between the piston and the process fluid - the liquid fertilizer or chemical being moved. The piston's pumping motion is applied to a hydraulic fluid, causing the diaphragm to flex and move the process fluid. The diaphragm style pump is leak-proof, making it safe for handling all types of chemicals. All moving parts are submerged in oil, giving it a longer life with a minimum of maintenance. On our mRoy diaphragm pumps, the injection rate can be adjusted while the unit is running. Accurate calibration of the pump to minute increments is as simple as turning a dial. FIG Pumps
The FIG pump is fully adjustable from 1.9 Gallons per Hour to .04
Gallons per Hour. A Teflon diaphragm separates internal workings
from corrosive materials and flexes gently to move concentrated
chemicals with pinpoint accuracy. the head and check valves are
made of glass-filled polypropylene and the check balls are ceramic.
The pump comes standard as a 110 volt, single phase pump but can be
special ordered as 12 volt DC or 3 phase. Call for more

maxRoy Pumps
MaxRoy is a rugged, hydraulically actuated industrial grade high
capacity metering pump for use in systems that operate at pressures less
than 150 PSIG. The PTFE/elastomer bonded diaphragm acts as
separating membrane between hydraulic and process fluids so the
diaphragm is subjected to uniform, gentle stresses for maximum life.
The MaxRoy pump comes in three sizes: 130 Gallons Per Hour, 190 Gallons
Per Hour, and 227 Gallons Per Hour. The pump can be adjusted with
a 10:1 turn down ratio with 1% Steady State Accuracy. It can be
ordered 12 volt DC, Single phase, and 3 phase. Choose from the

Series A/P, B Pumps
Milton Roy diaphragm metering pumps deliver the accuracy that makes
chemigation so effective. The mRoy series A/P, B hydraulic
diaphragm pumps are the most reliable metering pumps that Agbri-Inject
has to offer. It's not unusual to find these mRoy pumps still
operating after 20 years. The A/P, B series offers hydraulically
actuated Teflon disc diaphragm, steady state accuracy, + or - 1.0% over
1:10 turndown while running or stopped, simplex or duplex pumping heads,
and a five year warranty. It features a 56 C face motor with the
option of choosing from single phase, 12 volt DC or three phase.
