| Basic System
Warranty |
Agri-Inject, Inc. offers a 
5-year warranty on Series A/P, B & G pumps and a 3-year warranty on
all other pumps. Warranty periods are effective from the
date of original purchase. This warranty shall be fulfilled by
repairing or replacing free of charge any part that shows evidence of
defect or improper workmanship if returned freight prepaid to Agri-Inject,
Inc. and will be subject to factory inspection and warranty approval.
This warranty does not include installation or repair costs and in no
event shall Agri-Inject, Inc.'s liability exceed the selling price of such
part or unit. |

| Metering
Pump Warranty |
| Agri-Inject, Inc. now offers an
exclusive
5-year warranty on the Milton Roy Series A/P, B & G
metering pumps. The warranty is effective from the date of original
purchase. This warranty shall be fulfilled by repairing or replacing
free of charge any part that shows evidence of defect or improper
workmanship if returned freight prepaid to Agri-Inject, Inc. and will be
subject to factory inspection and warranty approval. This warranty
does not include installation or repair costs and in no event shall Agri-Inject,
Inc.'s liability exceed the selling price of such part or unit. |

| NOTE:
Motors connected to irrigation systems powered by Rotophase are not
covered under warranty unless pre-approved through Agri-Inject, Inc. |

| Expressly excluded from this
warranty are defects caused by misuse, abuse, or improper application,
employment or operation of the unit. Expendable items and damage
resulting from unauthorized repair are not covered by this warranty.
Agri-Inject, Inc. and Milton Roy Company will not assume responsibility
for contingent liability for alleged failure of their products. |

| Electronic
Control Devices |
| Agri-Inject, Inc. warrants each
electronic control device to be free from defects and improper workmanship
under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the
anniversary date of original purchase. This warranty shall be
fulfilled by repairing or replacing free of charge any part that shows
evidence of defect or improper workmanship if returned freight prepaid to
Agri-Inject, Inc. and will be subject to factory inspection and warranty
approval. This warranty does not include installation or repair
costs and in no event shall Agri-Inject, Inc.'s liability exceed the
selling price of such part or unit. |

| Motors and
Other Items |
| Agri-Inject, Inc. limits its
warranties to only those products which it manufactures and does not
warrant any part or component which it does not manufacture. Such
parts or components are subject to their manufacturer's warranty, if any.
Motors are common examples of this exclusion. |

warranties are in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. |
